Our UK Development partner acquires, renovates and operates luxury retirement and care accommodation in affluent areas of England, providing premium levels of care and customer service to residents aged 65+ who self-fund their care. We have partnered now in 14 separate Care Homes over the last 2 years, selling over 500 units. As the properties are renovated to a luxury standard using its own property development business, the investment is high yielding with investment returns paid out to the client as early as month 1 with buy back options from Year 5 @ 110% to Year 10 @ 125% with further opportunities to re-invest ensuring a continuing Return On Investment.
